Hyla ibitiguara Cardoso, 1983, Iheringia, Zool., 62: 38. Holotype: MNRJ 4152, by original designation. Type locality: "Fazenda Salto (20° 40′ S, 46° 16′ W; aproximadamente 900 m de altitude), Alpinópolis, Minas Gerais, Brasil".
