Cardioglossa pulchra Schiøtz, 1963, Vidensk. Medd. Dansk Naturhist. Foren., 125: 33. Holotype: ZMUC R.072173, by original designation. Type locality: "Obudu Plateau, Ogoja Province, Eastern Nigeria, where the road from Obudu Cattle Ranch to Ogoja passes a stream, a few hundred yards from the Ranch, about 5500 feet above the sea".

Cameroon Range, except Mount Cameroon, 900-1800 m elevation, in Cameroon and adjacent Nigeria on the Obudu Plateau.
