Epicrionops lativittatus Taylor, 1968, Caecilians of the World: 199. Holotype: AMNH 46205, by original designation. Type locality: "eastern Peru"; also given in error (and corrected in errata sheet) as "East Ecuador" in figure legends of the original publication.

Distribution

Known only from the imprecise type locality (eastern Peru).
