Biol., 48(A): 37. Type locality: "Cafetal Concordia, 600 m Höhe (zwischen Puerto Angel und Salina Cruz), Staat Oaxaca, Mexiko".

Pacific coast and tropical mesic elevations in the Balsas Depression of Jalisco, Michoacán, Guerrero, Oaxaca, and Chiapas, Mexico.
