Mertensiella luschani fazilae Başoğlu and Atatür, 1975 "1974", Istanbul Univ. Fen. Fak. Mec., Seri B, 39: 151. Holotype: SZE 31/1975.1, by original designation. Type locality: "Gökçeovacik . . . about 40 km. NW of Fethiye. It is a mountain village, at an elevation of about 500 m.", Turkey.

Type locality: "Ülemez-Horozlar (ca. 2 km NE ofÇandır village), Köyceğiz district, Muğla province, Turkey, 120 m asl (36°50'N, 28°37'E)".

Distribution

Known from the region between Cöymen and Domuz island-Darboğaz, and south to coastal islands including Tersabe and Domuz, up to 1000 m elevation, southwestern Anatolia, Turkey.
