Karsenia koreana Min, Yang, Bonett, Vieites, Brandon, and Wake, 2005, Nature, 435: 88. Holotype: EWU 80314, by original designation. Type locality: "the vicinity of Jangtae-san, Daejeon-si, Chungcheongnam-do, [South] Korea (36° 13′ N, 127° 20′ W), elevation 210 m, in a rocky forest habitat".

Distribution

Southwestern South Korea in damp mossy talus slopes and rockslides of limestone in forests of hardwoods and mixed hardwood-pine.
