Oedipina paucidentata Brame, 1968, J. Herpetol., 2: 41. Holotype: KU 37192, by original designation. Type locality: "near El Empalme, (along the Pan American Highway, south of Cartago) in the northern end of the Cordillera de Talamanca, Canton de Dota [in error, Cantón de El Guarco], Provincia de Cartago, Costa Rica, about 2286 m (7500 ft) elevation". Savage, 1974, Rev. Biol. Tropical, 22: 90, commented on the type locality.

Distribution

Known only from lower montane forest on the extreme northern Cordillera de Talamanca, Cartago, Costa Rica, 2286 m elevation.
