Isthmura corrugata Sandoval-Comte, Pineda-Arredeondo, Rovito, and Luría-Manzano: 575. Holotype: CARIE 0943 (Colección de Anfibios y Reptiles del Instituto de Ecología, A.C.), by original designation. Type locality: "9 km NW of Coatepec, Veracruz, México (19° 29´N, 97° 02´W), 2,106 m elevation".  

English Names

Corrugated Salamander (original publication). 

Distribution

Known only from the type locality, 9 km northwest of the city of Coatepec in the mountainous region of central Veracruz, Mexico. 

Comment

Most closely related to Isthmura boneti and Isthmura maxima according to the original publication.
