Eurycea sphagnicola Wray, Means, and Steppan, 2017, Herpetol. Monogr., 31: 43. Holotype: UF178811, by original designation. Type locality: "‘‘Beautiful Bog,’’ 2.25 mi S of CR 4 and 0.15 mi W of Three Notch Trail, Blackwater River State Forest, Santa Rosa County, Florida, 30.8408338 N, 86.9433338 W".

Distribution

Within 80 km of the Gulf Coast in Mississippi, Alabama, and the westernmost part of the Florida Panhandle, USA.
