Theloderma annae Nguyen, Pham, Nguyen, Ngo, and Ziegler, 2016, Zootaxa, 4168: 176. Holotype: IEBR 3732, by original designation. English Names

Anna’s Bug-eyed Frog (Poyarkov, Nguyen, Popov, Geissler, Pawangkhanant, Neang, Suwannapoom, and Orlov, 2021, Russ. J. Herpetol., 28 (3A): 63). 

Distribution

Known  from the type locality in the Ngoc Son–Ngo Luong Nature Reserve, Hoa Binh Province, and from Cuc Phuong National Park, Ninh Binh Province, northern Vietnam.

Endemic: Vietnam

Comment

In the Theloderma truongsonense group (= the Theloderma laeve group)  and the sister taxon of Theloderma nebulosum according to the original publication. Poyarkov, Nguyen, Duong, Gorin, and Yang, 2018, PeerJ, 6 (e5771): 17, provided a record from Cuc Phuong National Park, Ninh Binh Province, Vietnam.
