Philautus zorro Manamendra-Arachchi and Pethiyagoda, 2005, Raffles Bull. Zool., Suppl., 12: 230. Holotype: WHT 3169, by original designation. Type locality: "Gannoruwa Forest Reserve, Kandy, alt. 684 m (07° 17′ N, 80° 35 E)", Sri Lanka.

Distribution

Known from wet forest of central Sri Lanka in the Kandy region and from the Knuckles Forest Reserve, 500-800 m elevation.

Manamendra-Arachchi and Pethiyagoda, 2005, Raffles Bull. Zool., Suppl., 12: 239, noted this species to be similar to Philautus malcolmsmithi, Philautus rugatus, and Philautus cuspis.
