Pseudophilautus samarakoon Wickramasinghe, Vidanapathirana, Rajeev, Ariyarathne, Chanaka, Priyantha, Bandara, and Wickramasinghe, 2013, J. Threatened Taxa, 5: 3869. Holotype: NMSL 2013.07.01 NH, by original designation. Type locality: "Sripada (Peak Wilderness), Ratnapura District, Sabaragamuwa Province, Sri Lanka (06° 48’ 31” N & 80° 28’ 14” E; 1335 m)".

Distribution

Known only from the vicinity of the type locality (Sripada Peak, Peak Wilderness, Ratnapura District, Sabaragamuwa Province, Sri Lanka, 1000 to 1400 m elevation.
