Phyllomedusa chaparroi Castroviejo-Fisher, Köhler, De la Riva, and Padial, 2017, Zootaxa, 4269: 250. Holotype: MUBI 13986, by original designation. Type locality: "Shucshuyacu, 06°37'20.7'' S, 76°36'53.9'' W, 537 m above sea level, Departamento San Martín, Peru".

None noted. 

Distribution

Known definitely only from two localities in the Tarapoto region of Departamento San Martín, Peru; likely to be found more widely due to confusion with Phyllomedusa camba.

Comment

Morphologically indistinguishable from Phyllomedusa camba, according to the original publication, but phylogenetically most closely related to a clade composed of Phyllomedusa neildi, Phyllomedusa tarsius, and Phyllomedusa trinitatis
