Distribution

Known only from the Clarke Range, near Eungella, Queensland, Australia.

Possibly extinct; no recent sightings (see Couper, 1992, Wildl. Aust., 1992: 10-11, and McDonald, 1990, Trans. R. Soc. S. Aust., 114: 187-194).
