Arenophryne rotunda Tyler, 1976, Rec. W. Aust. Mus., 4: 46. Holotype: WAM R39120, by original designation. Type locality: "approximately 100 m from False Entrance Well Tank (26° 23′ S; 113° 18′ E), Carrarang Station, 320 km NNW of Geraldton, Western Australia".
