Neobatrachus aquilonius Tyler, Davies, and Martin, 1981, Rec. W. Aust. Mus., 9: 155. Holotype: WAM R71005, by original designation. Type locality: "22-41 km S of Derby, Kimberley Division", Western Australia.

Distribution

Isolated localities in south-central to northern Western Australia, to the Barkly Tablelands, Northern Territory, Australia.

Comment

Roberts, 1997, Aust. J. Zool., 45: 95-112, suggested that this might be conspecific with Neobatrachus sudelli. See account by Tyler and Doughty, 2009, Field Guide Frogs W.
