Microhyla zeylanica Parker and Osman-Hill, 1949 "1948", Ann. Mag. Nat. Hist., Ser. 12, 1: 760. Holotype: BMNH 1948.1.1.3, by original designation. Type locality: "In the 'Bopats' (Bopatalawa) and Horton Plains .... Bopatalawa, Central Province, alt. 6000 ft. Caught near pool in compound of the Irrigation Dept. bungalow. . .", Sri Lanka.
