Distribution

Known from Amazonia in northern Loreto (Peru), Tabatinga (Amazonas, Brazil), Leticia (Colombia), and Pastaza Province, (Ecuador).

Notes, 3: 251–256, provided the first record for Ecuador and discussed the range. In their Chiasmocleis hudsoni clade of Peloso, Sturaro, Forlani, Gaucher, Motta, and Wheeler, 2014, Bull. Am. Mus. Nat. Hist., 386: 20, who (pp. 57–59) provided an account. Metcalf, Marsh, Torres Pacaya, Graham, and Gunnels, 2020, Herpetol. Notes, 13: 753–767, reported the species from the Santa Cruz Forest Reserve, Loreto, northeastern Peru.
