Crossodactylodes izecksohni Peixoto, 1983 "1982", Rev. Brasil. Biol., 42: 621. Holotype: EI 7192, by original designation. Type locality: "Santa Teresa, Estado do Espírito Santo, (19° 56′ S, 40° 36′ W; alt. aprox. 675 m), Brasil".

Distribution

Several sites in the municipality of Santa Teresa in the state of Espírito Santo, Brazil, 770 to 933 m elevation.

Santos, Magalhães, Lyra, Zaher, Giasson, Garcia, Carnaval, and Haddad, 2020, Mol. Phylogenet. Evol., 148 (106819): 1–18, noted a cryptic species in the state of Espírito Santo, Brazil. Santos, Magalhães, Ferreira, Vittorazzi, Dias, Leite, Lourenço, Santos, Haddad, and Garcia, 2020, Herpetol. Monogr., 34: 1–38, provided an account and noted that the advertisement call and larval morphology remain unknown although they noted larval morphology literature that might apply to this taxon but were likely misidentified).
