Crossodactylodes izecksohni Peixoto, 1983 "1982", Rev. Brasil. Biol., 42: 621. Holotype: EI 7192, by original designation. Type locality: "Santa Teresa, Estado do Espírito Santo, (19° 56′ S, 40° 36′ W; alt. aprox. 675 m), Brasil".

Several sites in the municipality of Santa Teresa in the state of Espírito Santo, Brazil, 770 to 933 m elevation.
