Hyperolius bobirensis Schiøtz, 1967, Spolia Zool. Mus. Haun., 25: 236. Holotype: ZMUC R074633, by original designation. Type locality: "a small temporary pond near the forestry resthouse in Bobiri Forest Reserve, Ghana".

Bobiri Reed Frog (Frank and Ramus, 1995, Compl. Guide Scient. Common Names Amph. Rept. World: 66).


Known from the Bobiri Forest Reserve, southwestern Ghana, and from the Ankasa Conservation Area (Nini-Suhiens National Park and Ankasa Forest Reserve), also in Ghana.
