Hyla stadelmani Schmidt, 1936, Proc. Biol. Soc. Washington, 49: 45. Holotype: MCZ 21310, by original designation. Type locality: "Subirana Valley, 2800 feet altitude, [Department of] Yoro, Honduras". Distribution

Low and moderate elevations of the Atlantic versant from southern Veracruz and eastern Oaxaca, Mexico, to east-central Costa Rica and the Islas del Maíz, Nicaragua; also at moderate and intermediate elevations on the Pacific versant of south-central Honduras.
