Hyla yaracuyana Mijares-Urrutia and Rivero, 2000, J. Herpetol., 34: 81. Holotype: EBRG 3311, by original designation. Type locality: "Los Bacos, Municipio Bolívar, Sierra de Aroa, Yaracuy state, Venezuela (about 10° 22′ N, 68° 50′ W), 1600 m".
