Hyla kanaima Goin and Woodley, 1969, Zool. J. Linn. Soc., 48: 135. Holotype: BMNH 1965.230, by original designation. Type locality: "Mt. Kanaima, the Potaro River, [Potaro District,] British Guiana [= Guyana]".

Mount Kanaima, Mount Ayanganna, and Mount Roraima, southern Guyana.
