Hyla lucianae Napoli and Pimenta, 2003, Arq. Mus. Nac., Rio de Janeiro, 61: 190. Holotype: MNRJ 29276, by original designation. Type locality: "BRASIL: BAHIA: Municipio de Una, Reserva Biológica (REBIO) de Una (15° 10′ S, 39° 04′ W, 30 m de altitude)".

Distribution

Known from the vicinity of the type locality in the Municipio de Una and 60 km south (municipality of Canavieiras) and 60 km southwest (municipality of Camacan) of this locality in, Bahia, Brazil; all in remnant Atlantic Forest.

In the Hyla circumdata group according to the original publication. In the Bokermannohyla circumdata group of Faivovich, Haddad, Garcia, Frost, Campbell, and Wheeler, 2005, Bull. Am. Mus. Nat. Hist., 294: 82-83. Dias, Medeiros, Solé, and Pimenta, 2011, Check List, 7: 108-109, provided two new localities in southern Bahia, Brazil. Mercês, Camurugi, Barreto, Solé, and Juncá, 2015, Zootaxa, 3904: 298–300, reported on larval morphology.
