Type locality: "Santa Barbara, próximo a Belo Horizonte, Estado de Minas Gerais, Brasil". Given as "Serra do Caraça, Santa Barbara, Minas Gerais", Brazil by Bokermann, 1966, Lista Anot. Local. Tipo Anf. Brasil.: 44.
