Distribution

Serra do Mar (Goiás), Serra da Bocaina (Rio de Janeiro), Serra da Mantiqueira (São Paulo, Minas Gerais, and Rio de Janeiro), and Campos de Jordão (São Paulo), in southeastern Brazil.

Rural Rio de Janeiro, 8: 103-105. Faivovich, Haddad, Garcia, Frost, Campbell, and Wheeler, 2005, Bull. Am. Mus. Nat. Hist., 294: 82, transferred this group into Aplastodiscus, as the Aplastidiscus albisignatus group.
