Eleutherodactylus flavescens Noble, 1923, Am. Mus. Novit., 61: 2. Holotype: AMNH 11402, by original designation. Type locality: "bushes along stream bank, Lo Bracita [=Los Bracitos], Prov. Pacificador [= now Duarte Province], Dominican Republic".
