Comment

In the Limnonectes (Limnonectes) microdiscus group of Dubois, 1987 "1986", Alytes, 5: 63, who removed this taxon from the synonymy of Rana elberti (=Hylarana elberti) where it had been placed by Forcart, 1953, Verh. Naturforsch. Ges. Basel, 64: 356–388. Menzies, 1987, Aust. J. Zool., 35: 373–418, seemingly accepted the earlier synonymy. O'Shea, Sanchez, Kathriner, Mecke, Carvalho, Ribeiro, Soares, Araujo, and Kaiser, 2015, Asian Herpetol. Res., 6: 80–81, detailed the range in East Timor.
