Rana khammonensis Smith, 1929, Ann. Mag. Nat. Hist., Ser. 10, 3: 296. Holotype: BMNH 1928.6.29.14, by original designation, now reregistered 1947.2.1.20 according to museum records. Type locality: "Napé (alt. 900 metres) on the Kham-mon Plateau, west of Vinh, Annam", Laos.

Distribution

Khammouan Plateau in central Laos; expected in adjacent Vietnam.

Soc., 122: 541. In the Limnonectes (Limnonectes) grunniens group of Dubois, 1987 "1986", Alytes, 5: 63. Poyarkov, Nguyen, Popov, Geissler, Pawangkhanant, Neang, Suwannapoom, and Orlov, 2021, Russ. J. Herpetol., 28 (3A): 24, suggested that taxonomic status needs confirmation.
