Distribution

Central and eastern Nepal at moderate elevations; northern India in Haryana, and Uttararkhand; Arunachal Pradesh, Sikkim, Assam, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Tripura, and Manipur in northeastern India, and adjacent northeastern (Nilphamari and Thakurgaon districts) to southeastern (Chittagong region) of Bangladesh; Samdrup-jongkhar District, southeastern Bhutan.
