Comment

Confused with Anomaloglossus tepuyensis prior to its naming according to the original publication.  MacCulloch and Lathrop, 2009, R. Ontario Mus. Contrib. Sci., 4: 11-12, commented on specimens from the Ayanganna region, Guyana. See Cole, Townsend, Reynolds, MacCulloch, and Lathrop, 2013, Proc. Biol. Soc. Washington, 125: 372-373, for brief account and records for Guyana. Barrio-Amorós, Rojas-Runjaic, and Señaris, 2019, Amph. Rept. Conserv., 13 (1: e180): 39, noted that earlier records of Anomaloglossus tepuyensis from Mount Ayanganna, Guyana, refer to this species.
