Colostethus caeruleodactylus Lima and Caldwell, 2001, Herpetologica, 57: 181. Holotype: INPA 7238, by original designation. Type locality: "approximately 40 km S Manaus, elevation 50 m, Amazonas, Brazil (3° 37′ 10.4″ S, 59° 86′ 78.4″ W), in the municipality of Castanho, at km 12 on road to Autazes, in leaf litter in lowland terra firme forest".

Distribution

Known from five locations: 1) the type locality (ca. 40 km south of Manaus), 2) about 102 km to the southeast in the Municipality of Castanho, 3) about 665 km southwest in the municipality of Canutamam 4) municipality of Manicore, and 5) municipality of Borba, all in Amazonas, Brazil.
