Eleutherodactylus paisa Lynch and Ardila-Robayo, 1999, Rev. Acad. Colomb. Cienc. Exact. Fis. Nat., 23: 618. Holotype: ICN 9992, by original designation. Type locality: "COLOMBIA, Departamento de ANTIOQUIA, municipio Medellín, north slope Cerro Padre Amaya, 6.2 k from paved road, 2670 m."

In the Eleutherodatylus taeniatus complex according to the original publication.
