Distribution

Known from imprecise type locality ("between Balsa Puerto and Moyabamba") and from several localities in the northern part of the Alto Mayo Protected Forest, San Martin region, in the Upper Amazon Basin of San Martín, eastern Peru, 1000-2000 m elevation.
