Distribution

Southern Sinaloa, western Nayarit,western Jalisco, to southern Michoacán and México (state) in Mexico, south and east along the Pacific slope to Guatemala; Veracruz, Tabasco, and eastern Oaxaca, Mexico, on the Atlantic slope, sea level to 2000 m elevation.
