Pristimantis seorsus Lehr, 2007, Bull. Mus. Comp. Zool., 159: 151. Holotype: AMNH 153054, by original designation. Type locality: "Cordillera de Vilcabamba, CI/RAP Expedition Camp One (11° 39′ 36″ S, 73° 40′ 22″ [sic]), 3,350 m, Provincia de Satipo, Departamento de Junín, Peru". Corrected to the Departamento de Cusco by Duellman and Lehr, 2009, Terrest.-breeding Frogs in Peru: 236.

Known only from the type locality (Cordillera de Vilcabamba, Departamento de Cusco, Peru, at over 3000 m elevation).
