Montane forests between 1330 and 2100 m elevation in departments of Huánuco, Junín, and Pasco, Peru.

Comment

In the Eleutherodactylus (Eleutherodactylus) unistrigatus group, most similar to Eleutherodactylus flavobracatus, according to the original publication. In the Pristimantis (Pristimantis) unistrigatus species group of Hedges, Duellman, and Heinicke, 2008, Zootaxa, 1737: 128. Not assignable to a species group according to Padial, Grant, and Frost, 2014, Zootaxa, 3825: 127.
