Colostethus cevallosi Rivero, 1991, Caribb. J. Sci., 27: 7. Holotype: USNM 282648, by original designation. Type locality: "Palanda, E. of Sarayacu, Río Bobonaza (around 700 m), Prov. Pastaza", Ecuador.
