Distribution
Elevations of 600-900 m from two localities in Carchi Province in northwestern Ecuador and (670 km distant) in the northern part of the Cordillera Occidental, Colombia, in the Parque Nacional Natural las Orquídeas, 1700-1800 m elevation.
