Mannophryne lamarcai Mijares-Urrutia and Arends-R., 1999, Herpetologica, 55: 107. Holotype: EBRG 3281, by original designation. Type locality: "Cerro Socopo 30.0 km (by road) SW from Guajiro, Municipio Mauroa, Estado Falcón, Venezula (10° 2′ N, 7° 48′ W), 1250 m".
