Type locality: "Strassenrand der Carretera Central F. Basadre von Tingo María nach Pucallpa, ca. 3 km oberhalb des Ortes Prebisto, Tal des Río Prebisto, Am Osthang der Cordillera Azul, etwa 550 m NN, Departamento Ucayali, Perú".
