Cycloramphus valae Heyer, 1983, Arq. Zool., São Paulo, 30: 319. Holotype: MZUSP 57860, by original designation. Type locality: "Brasil; Santa Catarina, Gruta, 20 km E Bom Jardim on road to Lauro Müller".

Distribution
Southernmost extent of Serra do Mar in the state of Santa Catarina, Brazil.
