Crossodactylodes izecksohni Peixoto, 1983 "1982", Rev. Brasil. Biol., 42: 621. Holotype: EI 7192, by original designation. Type locality: "Santa Teresa, Estado do Espírito Santo, (19° 56′ S, 40° 36′ W; alt. aprox. 675 m), Brasil".

Izecksohn's Bromeliad Frogs (Frank and Ramus, 1995, Compl. Guide Scient. Common Names Amph. Rept. World: 71).

Distribution

Vicinity of the type locality (Santa Teresa, Estado do Espírito Santo, northeastern Brazil), 675 m elevation.
