Amblyphrynus ingeri Cochran and Goin, 1961, Fieldiana, Zool., 39: 543. Holotype: FMNH 81915, by original designation. Type locality: "8 km. south of Gachala, San Isidro, Cundinamarca, Colombia, at an altitude of 2350 meters".

Distribution

Isolated populations along the eastern and western slopes of the Cordillera Oriental of Colombia (1550-2350 m) in the departments of Cundinamarca, Santander, and Norte de Santander, possibly to be found in adjacent Venezuela.
