English Names

Rio Pitzara Robber Frog (Frank and Ramus, 1995, Compl. Guide Scient. Common Names Amph. Rept. World: 75).

Distribution

Known only from two localities in the vicinity of Río Pitzara, Pichincha Province, on the Pacific versant of Ecuador at low and moderate elevation cloud forests (1000-2000 m).
