Eleutherodactylus yustizi Barrio-Amorós and Chacón-Ortiz, 2004, Graellsia, 60: 5. Holotype: CVULA V-2150, by original designation. Type locality: "Cerro Alto, Soledad, 8° 48′ N, 70° 31′ W, estado Barinas, Venezuela, 1500 m aproximadamente".

Distribution

Eastern versant of the Merida Andes in the states of Barinas, Táchira, and Portuguesa, Venezuela, 800-1600 m elevation; likely into adjacent Colombia.

Comment

In the Eleutherodactylus conspicillatus group according to the original publication and in Pristimantis (sensu Heinicke, Duellman, and Hedges, 2007, Proc. Natl. Acad. Sci. USA, 104: 10092-97) by implication, although not mentioned by those authors in their Table 2 (supplemental data). In the Pristimantis (Pristimantis) unistrigatus species group of Hedges, Duellman, and Heinicke, 2008, Zootaxa, 1737: 128.
