Prior to the revision of Grant, Frost, Caldwell, Gagliardo, Haddad, Kok, Means, Noonan, Schargel, and Wheeler, 2006, Bull. Am. Mus. Nat. Hist., 299, Rivero, 1990 "1988", Mem. Soc. Cienc. Nat.
