Distribution
Elevations of 1000-1900 m on the western versant of the Cordillera Occidental in the departments of Antioquia, Chocó, and Risaralda, between 4° 55′ N and 7° 15′ N.
Comment
Subgenus Eleutherodactylus, but unassigned to species group according to the original publication. In the subgenus Pristimantis, but unnassigned to species group by Hedges, Duellman, and Heinicke, 2008, Zootaxa, 1737: 118.
