Eleutherodactylus repens Lynch, 1984, Herpetologica, 40: 234. Holotype: ICN 12323, by original designation. Type locality: "Volcán Galeras (between km 9-12 on the road to the television tower), Municipio Pasto, Depto. Nariño, Colombia, 3220-3300 m".

Municipio Pasto and Municipio La Cruz, Departamento Nariño, Colombia, 3150-3720 m elevation, in paramo and high Andean forest.
