Eleutherodactylus racemus Lynch, 1980, Caldasia, 13: 172. Holotype: KU 168960, by original designation. Type locality: "Páramo de Las Hermosas, 18.0 km NE Tenerife, along frontier between Departamentos del Valle del Cauca and Tolima, 3570 m alt."

Distribution
Alto de Pan de Azúcar, Departamento Valle del Cauca, 3030-3570 m elevation, north about 200 km along the Cordillera Central as far north as Cerro El Campanario, Quindío-Tolima border, Colombia.
